4 Week Winter Support Series Registration
This is a 4 week series that will promote healthy heart function, bolster the kidneys, increase immune response, improve digestion, and enhance overall connection between you and the earth.
Fire Qi represents the warmth we receive from the food we eat, and the air we breathe. Also known as Post Birth Qi, it is associated with emotions. Too much fire can cause scattered emotions and confuse the mind.
Water Qi represents what we inherit from our parents before we are born. Also known as Pre Birth Qi, it cools the Fire Qi so the mind will become clear, centered, and calm. It is the wisdom part of the body.
When Fire Qi and Water Qi mix, mind, body, and soul are nourished and balanced.

What people are saying:
Winter Series
Learn how to generate and sustain the warmth your body needs at this time of year! The winter particularly affects the Kidneys causing low back pain, poor memory, the emotion fear, and sluggish Qi. In this series we will strengthen, cleanse, and increase Qi circulation in the Kidneys, while improving overall immune function in the body. Zap away those winter blues and build your Kidney Qi!
Spring Series
Spring time is here! Just as daffodils break ground and move upward and outward, so does Liver Qi move in the body. If our Liver Qi is unbalanced, this movement will cause irritation, anger and bad moods. Also common are headaches at the top of the head, elevated blood pressure and tendon problems. In this series we will cleanse and strengthen the Liver, and promote blood circulation to encourage smooth flowing Qi.
Summer Series
Summertime is for the Heart to radiate joy and love! Healthy Heart Qi maintains our innate wisdom and emotional balance. Imbalanced symptoms include palpitations, shortness of breath, restlessness, insomnia, forgetfulness and chest pain. This series will focus on strengthening the heart, promoting blood circulation to encourage free flowing Qi.
Late Summer Series
Late summer is about transition as we wind down and reflect upon the lessons of heart wisdom. Clarity, feeling grounded or "at home" and the ability to "digest" information without feeling overwhelmed, are all signs of healthy Spleen Qi. Poor appetite, food cravings, lethargy, muscle weakness, excessive worrying and over-thinking are common symptoms of Spleen imbalance.
Fall Series
Fall signifies a time of harvest, as we gather and reap the benefits of what we have planted since spring. It is about letting go and receiving, as we say good bye to summer and prepare for a reflective time to come. When Lung Qi is healthy nasal passages are open, sense of smell is acute, and voice is strong. When weakened, there is nasal congestion, excessive mucus, impaired sense of smell, and weak voice. In this series we will strengthen and cleanse the Lungs, creating an improved protective Qi mechanism.
Fragrant Qi Gong and Color Meditation
A series of fifteen simple powerful movements to build one's Qi and fill the aura in a balanced way. Good for healers and first timers who have not experienced physical manifestations of Qi. For those unable to stand, can be performed in seated posture. Health benefits are so enormous it is easier to list what it does not cover. Bring your family and friends! The bigger the group, the greater the benefits.
Class will end with a seated meditation, strengthening each organ through color visualization according to TCM.
