SATURDAY: A Gift from the Goddess

  • Goddesses settle into space. We will begin with a grounding meditation, introduce ourselves, and bless the container with a water blessing.

  • Ground into the body with slow moving meditations to channel life force energy. End with a sound healing to elevate your consciousness.

  • Goddesses can explore the neighborhood for lunch options or bring your own lunch.

  • Initiation into the womb with Goddess mythology, teachings of menstrual cycle awareness, and meditations.

  • Your body is the expression of the Goddess. We will be moved by the energetics of the Goddess and the inner seasons.

  • We will share what’s landing in real time, as well as hold space for each other in the unfolding of self-discovery.

  • Gabrielle of Earth will offer her healing touch of Reiki to integrate this powerful day.

  • We will gather our last thoughts together, and close with a ritual exercise.

SUNDAY: Devotion to the Goddess

  • Welcome back. Ground into the space together, share your insights.

  • Connect with the Goddess of your season. Pillow talk in silence. Journal.

  • Deeper Integration. What has shifted, take aways, share what you digested from the weekend.

  • We will end with a beautiful closing ritual TBA.
