What to expect?

It is important for us to create an intentional, grounded and sacred container. We’ll begin the evening with journaling our intentions, breathing exercises, and a circle share.

The whole night will be supported with loving, healing Reiki energy, while the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, light percussive instruments, and crystal harp vibes lull you into dreamtime. 

We cannot wait to do this again!

Light morning snacks and tea will be provided.
